A: We use 5-ply corrugated cartons with foam inserts for individual packaging, then packed into sturdy export wooden cases or cartons. Our packaging is rigorously tested to protect the products well for long-distance sea shipping.

 

Q9: Can you provide samples? Do I need to pay for the sample and shipping cost?

A: We can provide samples for quality confirmation. The sample is free, but the shipping cost is at your expense. The shipping cost can be refunded after you place a formal order.

A: We generally accept T/T payment. The terms are 30% as deposit, and the balance 70% before shipment. Payment terms are negotiable for long-term partners.
